Educational Requirement

MBA in Operations, Supply Chain, or Business Administration with strong analytical skills and understanding of process optimization and team management.
Experience Requirement

2–5 years of experience preferred; freshers with strong operational skills may apply. Experience in workflow management or process improvement is a plus.
Additional Requirement

Strong leadership, problem-solving ability, MS Excel knowledge, understanding of SOPs, attention to detail, and ability to work under deadlines.
