Educational Requirement

MBA in IT, Systems, or related field with knowledge of networks, hardware, software, cybersecurity basics, and strong problem-solving skills.
Experience Requirement

2–5 years preferred; freshers with strong IT skills may apply. Experience in system administration, network management, or IT support is an advantage.
Additional Requirement

Knowledge of networking, servers, MS Office, troubleshooting, security tools, and ability to manage multiple IT tasks under deadlines.
