Job Context

The Bank PO will manage branch operations, customer service, loan processing, and administrative tasks while learning banking functions during the probation period.
Job Responsibility

Handle customer service, manage accounts, process loans, supervise staff, prepare reports, ensure compliance, and support daily branch operations.
Educational Requirement

MBA or Graduation in any discipline with strong communication, analytical skills, and basic understanding of banking and financial services.
Experience Requirement

Freshers can apply; experience in banking, customer service, or finance is an advantage. Strong interpersonal and administrative skills preferred.
Additional Requirement

Good communication, customer handling ability, MS Office knowledge, numerical skills, discipline, and ability to learn banking procedures quickly.
